Happy Thanksgiving!
I wish each of you the hope and peace of Christ and a knowing of how blessed you are!!! I am soooo thankful to my Father, Son and Holy Spirit for the work done in me. I have been stretched and am growing in many ways. I am thankful for what life and death teaches me. Many, many people, well known in the world and known in my personal life have passed in all manners of ways, suddenly and not so suddenly. It continues to teach me to really, really appreciate my loved ones, right this minute. They really can be gone the next second. I am thankful for a sound, wonderful and great marriage that gets better with time and children who are so special and are my teachers to many things! I am thankful for the hope of salvation, that the Lord did not leave me in my sin, no, He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ to pay for my sins. I'm thankful for the Holy Spirit who is my comforter, teacher and convictor. I am thankful for my Abba Father who has adopted me in His forever family in eternal life. I am thankful to Jesus, for your awesome sacrifice for me, for your example and for interceding on my behalf right now. Thank you for giving me your righteousness for my filthy sin rags. Thank you! Thank you Lord for your grace and mercy toward us. We do not know a world without your Spirit, Grace and Mercy. For as much that goes wrong, we still do not know a world without You! Thank you for your awesome, great and powerful love!Lastly, I am thankful for you, my blog family! Thank you, each and every time you stop by this blog. It is a joy to me to CHOOSE to post positive things we're doing and not give way to gossip, slander, negative rumors and put downs. NO, this blog is to uplift. THERE'S NO BLESSING FOR ANYONE IN PUTTING ANOTHER DOWN. So thank you for choosing to be a part of this blog with your support. May you have the best Thanksgiving! And, choose peace and pursue it, do not give way to confusion, give way to reconciliation with your loved ones, they could be gone in the next second! Love to each of you.

At the age of 17, Teena fulfilled her childhood dream of a music career when she signed with Motown Records. There, she teamed up musically - and for a time, romantically - with funk master Rick James, who produced her debut album, Wild and Peaceful.
